Alta Tierra is an acquisition/rehabilitation of an existing 57 unit development for families at or below 60% of the area median income.  This will entail a generous makeover of the property including new roofing, stucco repair, new energy efficient windows, resurfacing the parking lot, new playground equipment, re-configuring the community space for social services, and xeriscape landscaping. The interior repairs will include paint, kitchen cabinet and flooring replacement, new heating/cooling systems, and new plumbing fixtures.

In this particular case, YES Housing Inc. is operating only in the developer capacity.
